      As a new customer, I was hopeful as I had heard goo things about Altura. They have proved me wrong. I applied for a personal loan and the Altura agent has made this more difficult and frustrating that it should be. I have yet to hear from him in 7 days and have reached out three times since then. I cannot even get a simple response as to if the loan is approved, denied or if additional information is needed.
