      Every time the ATM outside to deposit money and got a problem it wouln't take your money to your account nor give it back to you, the staff is gonna ignore this too. don't use the ATM things outside.

      This must be the slowest Capital One bank location I’ve ever been to. Tones of employees are walking around doing nothing but no one wants to help you do a basic banking.
