      If you are looking for a lender to drop the ball then this is it. look no further, they will make empty promises, fail to produce time sensitive documentation and avoid answering phone calls and responding to emails. In the end they will move onto cover their tail leaving their helpless buyer at a loss of deposit funds, no home to live in and cancelled contracts on homes that appreciated prior to the close of Escrow.
