  I would give chase a zero if I could.... They rejected my 10000 doller it's income taxes without a 3 day review and lied to me twice saying the taxes would pay for the lil debt and send a cashier's check... Chase as a whole is trash and that's an understatement ..... I'd rather use any other back or banking service.... And this happened all in one day 🚮

  Brad totally messed up my account 🤦🏽‍♂️ i got a chance to talk to him today and he seemed un remorseful to say the least.he cost me a hard hit on my credit and messed up my business account application. He would call and never leave a message. I take my banking extremely seriously. It was obvious brad didnt take it as serious as i do.as luck may have it i found juan at the waukegan branch who was able to help immediately and efficiently. No rushing me out, just great customer service AS IT SHOULD BE! normally id say people make mistakes but, the fact i didnt even get an apology really puts this chase banks branch customer service outlook into perspective. Im just glad I was able to get the situation taken care of. Hopefully moving forward I won't have these types of issues now that i have a competent banker on my side.
