If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was acting up back in February so I've had my mechanic look at it (Generations Automotive, great company) but I needed a part that the mechanic didn't carry, so he told me to come to Young Ford. I brought it back here twice so far, once because they thought the key I had was the issue and the second time (2 days later after my car wouldn't start still) was when they figured that I needed a transmission control module. I brought this car back in in April and they still haven't gotten my car fixed. I know we're in a really bad economy, but there's no way they can't get a part within 2 months at most. AutoZone could order the part within a week, and the only reason I haven't taken my business elsewhere is because Young Ford said they would cover my expenses with them. I have a newborn in the NICU and a job so I need my car back, and I can't be wait almost four months now for my car to be fixed. It's inconvenient and not at all making me a happy customer.
