      Terrible service, ready to refinance through a bank that will actually let me make an online payment. online page is S**T and service is usually unavailable. 30 min on the phone before you can talk to anyone and then the moron on the phone doesn't know what the problem is and says to try again later. This is every single month I try to make a payment
