  Had a great experience with Chris. He educated me more than any other previous lenders I've worked with, and was there to answer any questions I had throughout any part of the process. More importantly, he was able to help us close extremely fast in just 21 days! Also, he was very responsive throughout the whole process and kept me up-to-date on the latest updates, which gave me the assurance I needed to know that we would close quickly.   Funny how I found Chris through Reddit. His knowledge regarding real estate, loans, and the economy was what made me decide to refinance with him. He was very efficient, transparent, and honest. This was refreshing compared to past experiences with others where it felt like a lot of smoke and mirrors. Details matter when we're talking about the largest loan of our life! We were able to refinance at all time lows last year in a timely manner. I also liked how he uses streamlined websites to manage his schedule and paperwork processing. I learned a lot through his consultation sessions and continue to do so through social media. For no-nonsense professionalism, Chris is the guy! Will definitely work with him again if we ever have real estate financing needs.
