      I'm part of the American Airlines Credit Union and the ABCU is one I can use when I'm not at the airport. I have been coming here for a few months now and hafe never had a problem. The bald headed man has always been respectful and helpful so has the older lady, younger lady and the Asian Man. I need have issues. I go in ask for the amount I need and leave. I am always greeted with an good morning or afternoon and a good bye....

      Visited this location on various occasions and I've observed their pleasant with customers who seem to work in the building. I assume they've established a relationship with those clients over the years so their gentle with them. Now the short bald head man is in a league all by himself his customer skills are sorely lacking he's abrasive, condescending, and actually gives rude a whole new meaning. The section of Customer Service skills which offers the service provider connect with their customer definitely isn't his strong point or part of his employee handbook. Recognizing this after subsequent visits to this location whenever I've to in interact with him I keep it simple ... After reading other reviews, and considering my own experience its safe to say warm and fuzzy isn't this locations forte. Yet I'm appreciative of their location the easy access to my funds can't be measured, and that alone is worth five stars * * * * *
