      My experience was satisfactory unlike many that I read about racism on the part of the employees of this branch. Rafael attended me, he was very patient and responded cordially to each of my questions. I do not give 5 stars to the branch, due to the lack of punctuality on the part of the bank. My scheduled appointment was for 10:30am and I was seen at 10:50am.

      Warning!!!!!!! Avoid this branch the employees are disrespectful and very lazy to the customers who at the end of the day pay their salaries. I don't understand why the management doesn't take any action even with so many complaints?!?!?

      The person who assisted me today asked me for more documents to make my Withdrawal, I really felt indiscriminate, then I went to another bank and the process was nice and pleasant and I was able to obtain my money without all the documents that you could give me... they need to be more compassionate with others! Terrible service
