      I just had the worst and rudest experience I have had in Citibank EVER. And that is saying something, since I am a costumer there for more than a quarter century. The teller actually did not pay attention to me, and when the teller did, it was to make me feel as if I did something wrong, and / or I was at fault. I now know who to avoid next time I go there, fortunately, I have had many great experiences there and the memories of those experiences will help lift my spirit after today's ordeal.

      My Citi checking account got hacked 3 times this week. This Bank has zero security policy in place to protect your money. Worst service ever. Someone hacked my account 3 times this week $500 each time.. It’s taken Citibank rep two hours to block my account and my account is not even blocked yet. In fact as I’m sitting here we have been on the phone 4 times and no credit refunded back to me and the block is not done yet. I’m at the W72nd Street Citibank in Manhattan.
