      I rarely write negative reviews, but this is needed. PRMG was the lender for a buyer on a home that I was selling. We did finally close last week. However, it took us almost 4 months to complete this transaction. The biggest issue with the lack of attention to detail. After 2 months they realized that the buyer made too much money to be able to approve for a RD loan so we had to start all over on an FHA deal. The loan officer that we dealt was Rod Carter, not sure how the rest of the team is there. Would definitely never recommend him.

      This company is very unprofessional and misleading! They told my family and I lies from start to finish! We lost a lot of money dealing with this company! People please be aware of this company I beg you!!! Rodrick Carter was our loan officer and he doesn’t know what he is doing neither does his supervisor Anthony Rainey! We consulted with another lender and they have heard nothing but bad things about this company! Just take a look on the BBB nothing but bad reviews! I should have listened and followed my gut, but we were in too deep! It’s so wrong how this company did my family and I!!!!
