  I have used Randy from Eagle mortgage for at least five home purchases. He’s very professional and his staff was very helpful. All loans closed on time. I highly recommend this company for your next purchase and mortgage.

  I was in the refinance process for over 4 months with this company. The only consistent contact was with the secretary, who did her best to keep things moving. My initial contact spoke to me for the first week and then I did not hear back from him for MONTHS. I submitted all the appropriate documentation within days of submitting the application and have yet to get a clear answer as to why things took so long. I did not have a complicated case, or mounds of debt, or assets to justify-- everything was within a normal standard. When they were FINALLY ready to send our case to underwriting, the rate had increased substantially from my original estimate and more than I was currently paying. My confidence in moving forward with this company had plummeted and I withdrew my case. I will be taking my business elsewhere with a company that values communication and getting the best rate locked in quickly.

  Had a great experience working with Randy, Dana, and Stephanie. They were available and ready to answer my questions and guide me through my first home purchase from start to finish. Being self-employed, they were able to work with me and make me feel like a person - not just another number. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know for sure.
