      The Guild Mortgage team is experienced and well versed. I started off with another company. I got alot excuses and seems like they just wanted to waste everyone's time. I found out about Tim he was fast and very knowledable about the home loan process and was able to get me a loan in about half the time I spent going through the motions with those other guys. He also got me a better interest rate. I haven't been to alot of mortgage companies but if I had to guess I would say Tim and his team at Guild Mortage are probably among the best in Memphis.
