      The team at AMSW helped us when nobody else would take the time. Our mortgage situation was very difficult with self-employed income and their experience from being in the mortgage industry for almost 3 decades is the only reason we were able to buy a home. This is the best group of people I've ever dealt with in the mortgage industry and will use them again.

      I was given an approval letter, and put a home under contract. During the application process I was assured by the agent that everything looked good, and there would be no issues moving forward. After a mix up with the paperwork it took three days for the agent to get back to me, and by e-mail. Not by phone like I was asking. During that time they fixed the paper and moved on. Again the agent assured that there were no problems and everything was prepared to continuewith my home purchase. It wasn't until after I paid for the inspection on the home that I was informed by the agent that my credit scores were not good enough to proceed. This is information he had on me for a long time, and should have informed me of right away. I was Irate, as he cost me hundreds of dollars that I cannot get back because of his failure to be honest and prompt.

      I can personally say that this Company is a great company to deal with. I have bought three homes through American Southwest Mortgage. Billy Holden, Kelley and Wess are great at what they do.
