      Banked with them throughout the years and have had numerous problems with holding pay, extra fees and numerous overdraft fees on my accounts. I finally switched banks and feel relieved. Good bank to cash a check but horrible to do anything deeper. Customer service is also rude whenever I have to call. My advice would be to use a bigger and more respected credit union.

      Amber my representative was very thorough understanding and helpful. I am still very concerned about my liability for the money created by the compromise on my previous account. I'm also finding that when I call to check on my new account my PIN number doesn't seem to be working or being accepted which maybe there's a reason for that I will keep trying. Thank you for everything you've done
