I love Ameris bank. I’ve been a customer for many years. Every time I walk in the lobby, and it’s been and a few different locations and rarely at that, I always feel comfortable and at home. The employees are always super nice and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience even when I’d had fraudulent charges to my account. My account was locked immediately and we went over every recent charges I had to verify if they were mine. I quickly and easily got new cards (once I went into the branch to verify my identity) issued and handed to me. I’m soo glad to have chosen this bank soo many years ago.

Wonderful experience with Ameris, Ponte Vedra. We needed some assistance with our banking on a matter that was rather time-intensive. Matt Senn who I believe is the manager of this Ponte Vedra Branch was so responsive, and resolved what we needed as quickly as possible. Exceeded expectations. He was very kind and really cared about what we needed. He went the extra mile, for sure. Highly recommend this bank.
