  We were kept informed and explained most all our options. Some of the information you required was over the top. I took money from an 401K to pay part of the down payment. Then you wanted my last 2 statements. Then you wanted to see the balance after the $50k was deducted. Then you wanted to see how I was paying this loan back to my 401k and pardon me, but that is none of your business. Nevertheless we provided it. We received push back from your team when I asked to remove the escrow but no one ever explained that This might be an option. We finally are very pleased with the final mortgage but it took us quite a lot to arrive here.
