Great bank, super friendly! If you ever need any assistance or need to open an account ask for Amanda! She was super kind, friendly and went over everything with us in detail. (I also had a super tired two-year old with me, and she went out of her way to get him pen and paper so he could draw on something while we opened an account, SUPER Amazing!)

After being with this bank for over 10 years, I had one issues where my account was overdrafted by $300. We got the situation handled except they are only allowed 2 credits to the accou t per year and they weren't able to take a $35 late fee. I talked with 3 agents and not one of them reminded me of the overdraft fee after 5 days. Ive never been in the negative with this account and they couldnt help me.... Meg at the branch was NOT helpful. Do not choose this bank. Period.
