      RUN, don't walk away from this bank! Terrible customer service multiple times. One time I was going to buy a used car and they refused to give me $17,000 cash if my own because they "didn't have it." Secondly, when I paid off my mortgage, they took over 3.5 months to return MY escrow account money after multiple attempts. Today, when I went in to do a wire transfer I sat waiting for over 45 minutes before the ONLY person that could do wires was free to assist.
