  I love doing everything via the web and this was an excellent experience with Amerisave. They were very patient with us and got the refi to go through smoothly even though I am a small business owner which makes things really complicated and hard but if you have a good accountant it makes everything go well. Underwriters are a pain in the butt, but still everything worked out. (NEVER use Marine Credit Union. They blow, ESPECIALLY online.) Amerisave'd us from a horrific interest rate. I THINK they had a problem getting a hold of me because my phone automatically thinks their calls are spam for reasons I think have been observed with their cold calling strategy - but I am glad they called my fiancé at a time I was seeking refinancing, thinking it was the bank I previously chose. Complete accident but incredibly professional and efficient. FINALLY I can auto pay my mortgage and everything is digital. Make sure to check your account or emails just in case they tried to call you.

  This Mortage company is the absolute worst. They spend majority of the time sending you misleading letters in mail attempting to get you to sign up for all kinds of additional services. I’m one week I received 33 letters asking me to immediately sign up for Mortage insurance. They are constantly sending letters saying I missed payments or there’s an “urgent” matter I need to call when it’s sales attempts. I can’t wait to switch from these guys. Terrible

  Unfortunately I have lost faith in trying to purchase a house using Amerisave as the mortgage company. They have ruined my interest in obtaining a mortgage with anyone because now I’m afraid all mortgage companies run like this one. Everything was going great then it was this document and that document but before you are even able to get an approval letter, they want a $500 90 day rate lock fee before anything. Chris, our processor became non responsive. I actually emailed his supervisor twice only to get a response finally from Chris. I guess the supervisor has no time to step into his roll and talk to clients. None the less, 4 weeks after being in the process, I get an email cancelling my application. No reason give at all. I reach out on the phone, of course no response so I go the email route and finally get a response that my dti ratio was to high. First off, they saw all my financials weeks earlier, second off, what happen to my 90 days. I should have had 90 days to get everything in order with my dti. Not with Amerisave! Oh well, I now have a company that is professional and responsive. Good luck to anyone that uses Amerisave and if you by chance get Chris as a loan processor, I recommend asking for someone else quickly.
