Bought a car last week using a cashiers check. The seller and I went to the Troy branch together and everyone was very helpful. Not only providing my cashiers check but they also offered to provide copies of all the selling documents and title as well. If you’re ever needing to go into the Troy branch ask for Suma, she is awesome! She was very helpful, nice, and friendly. Also shot out to the manager Jeremy over there as well. Very nice person as well!

Trying to pay on a loan has become the biggest hassle I could imagine. Online banking is a joke. Every time I tried to log in, it wouldn't let me create an account. Then when I finally was able to, after multiple attempts and multiple calls, it wouldn't let me set up a payment from another bank. It's just a hassle. No one can give a clear answer about anything.

LMCU by far is the worst branch I have ever seen. There customer service is horrible. They never answer the phones and you always get transferred to the hotline where someone that answers your call might be from another country. My suggestion is - turn the lights off and call the Bulldozers in and turn that location into a parking lot !
