      Purchased a piece of property that was being added to my existing parcel and Amy with AMS Title was absolutely the best. Very professional , explained all the details and what was the process to complete the transaction would be , she worked with the county , surveyor , all people involved to bring a difficult transaction to a remarkably easy, reliable no nonsense purchase. She answered all questions usually within minutes of email or calling. I would HIGHLY recommend AMS Title for anyone who is looking for an outstanding reliable title company for their purchase or sale of their property, or house. Excellent Job Amy!

      Used the for both our initial closing and refinance on our house. Very professional, explained each document and answered any questions we had. Didn't feel pressured to hurry up and sign like some places! All in all a great experience both times!

      Nothing but professionals at this title company. Bridget and Amy always provide exactly what I need.. I’m a local Realtor and this is my go to title company. They have the cheapest rates (that I’ve found) they are very responsive, and always have the clients best interest in mind. I see a 1 star review.... but don’t let that fool you. I highly recommend!
