      Staff is friendly enough, that however does not make up for painfully slow service. I understand staffing is a problem right now but when you close your lobby and only have one drive through open how much staff could you possibly need? On top of all of it PNC is not small business friendly at all do not open an account here unless you like giving your money away and you like waiting in line.

      Went inside for once. Needed extra money for 2 graduation parties. Was actually faster than the drive thru. Very nice
