Stay away from Anchor. Horrible experience - strange ever since I started receiving calls from the loan officer's manager - who raked me over the coals because they had put me in touch with thier "premium" loan company and I had better not "do anything to jeapordize thier relationship". He even called my real estate broker! Then!!!! They had a hack job come by and do an appriasail - home appraised for $100k below market value - they blamed this on me. The same manager calls me and jokes "You will thank me when you get the house for $100k less". A totally horrible person. Switched to a real mortgage company - property appriased $130k over the Anchor appriasal. Closed my loan in 20 days with them. Again - just don't do it - find a real mortgage company to work with

If I could give 10 stars I would! Daniel Reece and Shawn Debord are superstars! They were so patient encouraging and understanding. Daniel made sure to get me a good interest rate locked! There were times I got a little discouraged and they knew just what to say to pick me up. I have learned so much through this process. The main thing to know is have your paperwork in order. Keep a paper trail of all your $$$ transactions that’s $900 and above. Keep good records! Thanks so much guys for sticking with me and my son through all this! I mean these guys waited for me to to let them know that closing was done! You both deserve a pay raise and a promotion!!! If you are lucky to have these two men work your loan, you will be in great hands!
