      This is a very unprofessional and disorganized company. They took it unpin themselves to cancel my insurance policy that I paid a whole year for two months in. They didn’t try to contact me at all about it and only sent mail. When I called and asked they said it was a mistake but didn’t have my number to call and ask me about it. I am disgusted by the horrible customer service. Took them over a week and a half to issue me a new policy.

      Hi Allison. I understand you are annoying with what happened. We did not cancel your policy as I explained over the phone. We were rewriting the policy since you needed an additional interest. We accidently withdrew the wrong policy. I put the changes in the fix the error. Underwriting has to make changes to existing policies which takes time, generally 10 to 14 days. The estimated review date was yesterday. I texted you letting you know that the review date was pushed back. I unfortunately cannot control the speed that underwriting reviews and processes changes. We got you the corrected Dec page as fast as our system allows.
