  The day I was there following my mothers passing away, the personal banker was wonderful kind and helpful. My joint account was eventually transferred to me. I live 2000 miles away from that PNC branch. PNC customer service called me today because I wrote a check to close the account. But since PNC wanted me to identify myself by telling them the street address of my branch where I opened my account and i couldn't. It's not on my statements. They wouldn't conduct the business that they called me for. They called my personal cell phone. I asked, ask me another question. No this is the one you have to answer. I still don't know for sure where she opened it. She didn't call and ask my permission 11 years ago when she moved. They are not in business to be of service to anyone but themselves.

  My wife got fired after they stressed her so much they put her in labor a week early and didn't tell her for 6 full months waited until the day she was supposed to go on maternity leave this company is terrible and we will be seeking legal help with this matter company can't keep employees for a reason and alot of discrimination!!! If they treat the employees like this they can't be trusted at all!
