      Customer service at this bank has gotten worse over the years. They forget that without the community members putting their money in this bank there would be no bank. Things hit the fan when the Burlington, NJ branch decided that they were going to keep a mask policy in place despite the recommendations from the CDC and the Governor lifting mask mandates. Who do you think you are? Show me the medical studies supporting that masks prevent viruses? There are NONE. So with no medical training or Scientific studies you are going to impose mask mandates on people that have been vaccinated as well. Seems like a power grab to me and ignorant as well. So I will pull all of my money out and will no longer be doing business with this bank and I will advise everyone I know to do the same. You need to respect your members wishes and not tread on our freedom because of fear. This is still America! Kick rocks Andrews.
