  I got word of Andy and his team from my parents who recommended them. From the beginning Andy and his team were extremely helpful and always answered questions that I had through the whole process. Andy is who I first spoke with and he ask many questions and explained out the process to me. He asked what I was looking for and how much I felt comfortable in spending. He was just super quick and responsive to all questions and issues(which were none). Rebekah is who I work with major of the time from the offer to closing. Rebekah was always emailing and calling to help and explain things out. In her emails she did an amazing job at putting great details of what was needed and always offered to help by zooming or anything if that sort. She was always happy and passionate about what she was doing whenever we would talk on the phone. She was just an all around rock star through the whole process and I couldn’t image not having her to help how stressful it would have been. I’m grateful to have had Novus as my mortgage team and I would definitely reuse them in the future and recommend to anyone. They always got me closed within 45 days which is amazing.

  If you are looking for a mortgage or refinancing your house you would be crazy not to use Andy Zemon and his team. I have worked with Team Zemon on multiple transactions and I am always surprised what a pleasant and painless process it. The personal attention you get makes you feel like your his only client!! Rebekah and Christina are awesome!! Christina is always available to answer any questions and Rebekah, who I talked to the most, was always on top of my file. Making sure all documentation was in order to get to my scheduled close. I don't know how many more mortgages I'll need but I assure you it won't be anybody but Andy!
