      I am a longstanding and very loyal customer of BBT. I maintain a good balance and truly have no issues. today I noticed a return check on my account and 12 dollar fee for the check. the returned check was from my mortgage lender. how would I have known a check wouldn't be cashed and then to add insult to injury they charged me 12 dollars. when I called to inquire about this the operator sounded like a robot reciting policy and they refused to return the 12 dollars. honestly thinking about finding a local more personal bank to deal with. I'm dumbfounded by this interaction!
