      this is the WORST bank in the NYC metro area- it closes at 1??? AND it NEVER answers the phone- forget it if you need anything notarized on time. Just called your customer service #- and she couldn't get her own bank on the line- check out 23rd St NYC- Do some quality control!

      I dont remember her name and i dont mean sound racist, the only way i can do is to describe her to you all. so went there and tried signing up for CD. I waited about 10 mins for anyone to help me out then she came to me looking like she doesnt wanna get bother. She asked me so many question in regard if i live in the city or if i have any statement. Then i said i have a bank statement send at home. All she was doing was pushing me to go home and not help. i told her i have a bank statement online. Then she sounded mad when i have everything online. This places people are so rude and does not want to any Their customer.
