      I always had pleasant experiences at Apple Federal. They helped me fight fraudulent charges on my account. And their fees aren't as high compared to the national banks.

      The absolute WORST bank branch I have ever dealt with. I got approved for a credit card 6 months ago and have yet to receive it in the mail. I even went to the branch in person to get it mailed out again, they said it would be sent on 7-10 business days and I have yet to receive it 4 weeks later. And forget getting them on the phone. I’ve been on hold for a whole hour and have not spoken to a real person. I’m closing my apple account and never looking back because of this horrible branch.
