      GREAT CUSTOMER/MEMBER SERVICE!! I just opened my first account with them and went into the branch to pick up my new debit card. As soon as I walked in, the energy and vibe was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The Branch Manager was super nice and educated me on the tons of ways to save money through them as he was preparing my debit card! He mentioned loan offers and promotions that they're currently running and before I knew it, a personal banker came up to me and personally handed me her business card without me even needing to ask! I have worked in credit unions for over 10+ years and this credit union knows how to treat their members! Kudos to you all and thank you for the amazing first impression!

      I will never do business with these cats again. I understood why they denied my fee dispute, but doing so in the manner they did was wholly unprofessional. I was spoken to rudely with a great degree of condescension and brow beating on two occasions. I’ll gladly be taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word about how poorly this union can treat those in need. Thanks for a totally demotivating experience.
