I paid off my car loan over two months ago. Bridgecrest is apparently so poorly-run and understaffed that they didn't do anything despite me calling them numerous times and asking for them to send me the title that I rightfully own. After needing to repeatedly call them for two months simply in order to get them to perform their basic job functions, finally now they say they have sent my title to the DMV for some sort of approval, and it's now out of their hands and they don't know how much longer (it's already been two months!) it will be before the title that I own is legally transferred to me. My car registration needs to be renewed in two weeks and I will probably miss the deadline due to how poorly run Bridgecrest is. The incompetence and mismanagement throughout Bridgecrest is absolutely stunning. I enjoyed buying my car through Carvana, but I will never purchase another car through Carvana since it would mean being forced to patronize these smooth-brained bottom-feeders at Bridgecrest.
