  This was my third attempt with one of your shred fest events. While I appreciate that it is a free event, it’s annoying to me that you don’t have enough space to go to he end. I was there at noon and your truck was full. Again, this has happened at two other events. Worse, however, was your condescending staff telling me to have a nice weekend with a snarky tone. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

  Hi Michelle, We are sorry you didn’t get a chance to shred your papers. The popularity of our shred fest brings people as early as 8 am lining up for the event. It is difficult to predict when the trucks become full which dictate how much can be shredded. We try to give everyone a chance to get rid of their unwanted papers by limiting the amount that people can bring. We will reassess our future shred fests for a more successful event and hope you will give us another try. In the meantime, we did a quick search and see that there is another shred fest on September 22nd at the Anne Arundel County Public Library in Crofton.
