  Not only are there a ton of fees, the bankers aren’t really aware of how they really work. They told me one thing, had to be transferred to customer care and the person there told me the banker was wrong and it wasn’t how it worked. Unreliable information, definitely feels like they’re trying to trick their customers so they can squeeze money out of you. The banker at the beaver dam location I had to talk to first was EXTREMELY rude! She started yelling at me and talking over me. No idea what her name was though as she never said it. Will definitely be closing accounts and going elsewhere.

  Pass GO n keep on going!!! Got done what HAD to get done. DJAY very inefficient leaving us hanging for a week for something he said the main office would take care of when we left the 1st time. No customer service there. Said he couldn't get to a phone wth! Very junior making calls in front of us to another dept head how to fill forms out. Just not a positive impression from that office for future business. Definately going elsewhere!
