      I went through the drive-through today. And the woman that works the drive-through with dark hairing glasses is very group good at customer service. Before when I would come through I didn’t feel like I was being taken care of but a bird on the person working.. But every time that I’ve had that woman is very easy and she’s very friendly she’s great at her job she deserves a raise. She went out of her way to remember me so when I come through I simply drop my check off asked if I need a receipt, ( I always say no. And I can be on my way. She gets 5 stars.

      So I lost my debit card about three weeks ago, called Blanca told her to stop the current card and please order me a new one. She said it would take 7 to 10 business days. Lo and behold, they never ordered a new card. SERIOUSLY?!?! would give 1/2 a star if I could...
