      My mom recently came into this bank to pay off the rest of my mortgage. A few days later, I receive a hand written card letting me know that my mortgage had been paid off and thanking me for my business. In an era where everything is electronic and every customer is a number. This gesture really stood out.

      Been to this branch three times. Average wait time 20 minutes. This last time I was there, 5 bankers stared at ne. Finally someone said how can I help you. All i needed was a new card. Was told the only person that could help was not available. Was told it would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I was finally helped. Took him another 15 minutes to get me a new debit card. Thank God for the Eagan and St. Louis Park branches or I would be out of there. What is the reason for having 5 bankers if no one can help you. What a Joke!!!
