      Nice branch location. Conveniently located off Hwy 94 & Snelling. Clean establishment. Friendly and helpful staff. Drive-through and ATM options available as well. Free parking.

      Waited almost 40mins for a clerk. Was only one working behind the desk and she was busy with one customer.

      Major communication problems. I've been waiting for account cards and account info for over 4 months. Not a great way to welcome a new client. There is a reason the reviews are so mixed.
