      It used to be one of my favorite banks. They got a new team now and this team is very disrespectful and ignorant to customer needs. Furthermore, new team has only basic banking knowledge and after my recent conversion with the branch manager, I had an impression that I know more about finances than him. He had to call support multiple time to prove I was right and not him. I’ll will move my business to a different bank
