  When we moved here I was considering changing banks due to the negative experience with PNC where we used to live. But the customer service at this bank changed my mind. The first time I walked in, they opened the door for me and greeted me at the door.

  Unfortunately use this bank for an auto loan, I would love to use the online system however it has never worked. I have tried multiple times and their website always has an issue on why I cannot get logged in. I chat with customer service reps each time who have been genuinely helpful, however to no avail. It shouldn't be difficult. I asked last time to just send me paper statements, the advised me to log into my account to do it. I reminded support that's what we have been trying to fix, my online access! They offered to transfer me. Been a year, I still cannot access their systems. This is my first account I have had with them and will be my last.

  I just had my daughter pull her money out of this bank. She has a 700 credit score and she saved $10,000 for her a new car in this bank. The bank declined her because she has too many hits on her account in 30 days(she bought herself a cell phone and a watch). I said if a bank can’t help you when you need them but can help you when you don’t need it than you don’t need this bank. If she can’t get approved for a car with a 700 score, she can’t get a house with an 800 score. I am having her take her money and move it to her other account at educators whom approved her.
