      After entering the bank I was not greeted, after I was told I couldn’t be help because she was trying. I wanted to start an account, there were two people there with credentials to help me but instead I was told I would have to wait after an appointment that was scheduled 30mins later or wait over10 mins for someone to help with customer service. The bank Manager was on the phone the with who she said was a manager, as a supervisor myself if I was aware of customers needing help I would suggest a call back or a brief conversation as customers come first. This was not the mentality at all after asked all she wanted to explain was she was not on a personal call, still not offering a solution or assistance.. this is not the only time same experience by bringing someone to the company we had to come back twice.. This was an experience of poor customer service and of potential clients being turned away. Now I’m forced to find another place to store my money.. it was just poor service.. Sent from my iPhone
