I was trying to accomplish a business task the other day, things were not going as I had planned. Darlene stepped up to the plate and graciously helped achieve my goal. I just wanted to share how the Manager, Darlene Jones was so helpful, kind, and amazing! Ms. Jones went beyond her job requirements to help me with account-bank issues. Ms. Jones made me feel like family with her assistance. Even got me water to drink. Another employee helped me with my service dog. I highly recommend the personal, exceptional service, I received at this branch. Thank you for hiring such kind, and extremely efficient, employees, that care about their clients.
