      Just found out the hard way... First Citizens charges you $.20 per $100 over $5,000 deposited per quarter if you deposit cash or coins... They charge you money to deposit your money... Really gone downhill over the last few years, what a shame.

      People are very kind and helpful. Except for Beth. She talks to you like you are bothering her. When explaining something to me she seemed aggravated because I didn't understand everything the first time and I wanted to review for me to understand better. People please understand if someone does not deal with it on a regular basis be patient and kind while explaining. And this is our hard earned money we are dealing with. Thank you.
