  been coming here a year or so maybe a couple months but the one person that stands out the most out of everyone in the building is definitely Brett not only is his customer service top notch not only is he one friendly guy he is what I would consider a good leader a good person and one of your most valuable employees I always feel well taken care of when he's there definitely the type of guy a company should take care of and value the most. thank you Brett.

  i’ve been with this bank less than six months and i overdraft my card only two times and everyday it constantly takes out over $76 to $115 and when i got a deposit into my account, it took all of my money even though i never overdrafted but those two times, i want all of my money back and i’m changing my bank

  I find it completely baffling that you would tell a customer with an open banking account who's trying to deposit $300 in rolled change that they can't take it over the counter I must stand there unroll it after I spent 3 hours counting and rolling it and put it into a coin machine we're just a few months ago on the news they said nine times out of 10 they don't count your money right and rob you and I hate to say it but one of the ones they tested was a union bank about once a year I do this and for you guys to force somebody to use a machine that rips you off is very unprofessional and not right not very happy with this
