      Horrible customer experience! 4 employees at Ashburn branch. Not sure why can’t they help a customer when there are hardly any customer foot traffic. Now I understand why the bank is always empty. Went in to request one time courtesy reimbursement for dormancy fee which was a surprise as no other banks have charged before. Spoke to 3 out of all 4 employees at the branch. Was told that it is required by law (?) and none of them, including bank manager( really?), have authority to waive it. When I said that no other bank has charged it before. Then the manager said - it is upto the bank. I was told that I’ll be charged another monthly fee, which they don’t have authority to waive as well. Please AVOID this bank unless you want to pay random bank fees.
