  Hello I have recently took a trip to this branch a few time. I was looking into becoming a potential client and I noticed there is no diversity in this branch and I feel it is sad as me being a African American that I would see a more diverse culture in businesses like this I believe if you guys would have more black men and women you would have more clients because the one I have spoken to the African American women I have met was so generous and professional we need more like her we live in the 21st century and culture is appreciated thank you much and I will not return till we see more culture like this.

  $10 to cash a check that is from this bank, is ridiculous! I shouldn't have to open a new account to cash it for free like it would be at other banks cashing their own checks. Highway robbery!

This is an industry standard fee that most banks implement for non-customers cashing a check drawn off their bank. We do have several account options, including a Free checking account that has no minimum balance and no monthly service fee that would allow you to cash or deposit a check with no fee.
