      Needed a appointment with a banker for a simple name change. No appointments available that were convenient without dragging along my children. Had to call other branches. Wells Fargo on Wilson was able to squeeze me in. Recommend doing business with them. This branch is never helpful and the tellers can’t answer your questions.

      Called and set appt to meet with a banker to set up to be able to run customer credit cards for my business. Was told when I made the appointment I would see Jennifer and when done with appt I would be able to run payments. I show up, am told I won't see Jennifer but someone else. She then tells me I have to go through 2 other people that aren't at that location and still won't be able to do payments today. All this after driving an hour to meet them. Typical for Wells agent to say what you want to hear to make a sale. Off to US Bank and look to move some accounts.
