  I had been searching for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and wanted a particular color (exterior and interior) with a Convenience package. I have been a member of ACU since 1976, so I thought I would give Autoland a try. I was contacted immediately by Stephanie Dunn. She explained what they do and that they take the stress out of having to deal directly with the dealership. I was convinced I had made a good decision. But then when she called me she was always rushed and she would talk real fast and needed me to give her an answer to commit right then and there. The vehicles she was coming up with were not what I wanted- different color. She was irritated that I wanted the CONVENIENCE package and kept trying to push the models that 'her guy' had found that didn't have all I wanted. I felt very pressured and stressed, more than I did from the dealer! She said she found one that fit my criteria but it was 2 months out from delivery and would cost more. She just dropped it and continued with what was in stock now. I could have waited longer and also understood that I would have to pay more. So, not sure how they benefit from this, but appears they have something going on with a third party (her guy) and don't actually go to just any dealer to find your vehicle and negotiate for you, which is what they advertise. For this reason I quit them and told them to just stop! I would rather not buy a new vehicle and keep my old one that still runs.
