Bagwell & Bagwell Insurance Agency is your one-stop shop for all of your insurance needs and offers THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a customer/policy-holder of this agency for years and I cannot sing their praises loud enough. I have vehicle insurance, homeowners insurance, rental property insurance and umbrella policies with this agency. They do it ALL for Residential AND Commercial insurance. Each staff person strives to put the needs of customers first, every time. I find the insurance world to be confusing sometimes and all of my inquisitive questions are thoroughly answered with patience. Shannon handles my account management and she is wonderful and responsive. I get annual reviews and the opportunity to try to save money or increase coverage without any pressure. One time I declined some recommended coverage on a rental property and there was zero pushback. I get great rates and truly thorough coverage with reputable carriers that want to try to meet claims vs. try to get out of them. I trust that in the event I have a need for a claim that Bagwell and Bagwell really has my back and will help me see through any losses or claims with sympathy and resolve.       Kyle Martin has gone out of his way to find us meet our insurance needs at significantly less expensive rates with better coverage. He responds promptly to all calls/emails and checks to make sure everything has been completed to our satisfaction. Great team at Bagwell and Bagwell - Raleigh branch!
