Communication was fabulous. Aaron was often in touch to answer questions and provide information on days off or after business hours. It made it more convenient for us as we both work full time. In addition, he rearranged his calendar to attend the closing-it was nice to finally meet him! The knowledge of the team is impressive. The mortgage loan "world" is changing quickly and they worked with us to understand our options (for example, recasting our loan in the future) and also help us understand how to get the best interest rate/purchase points/etc. They were also timely, and got my loan funded in time for closing!
